Tony is a passionate environmental activist from the organization Change the Chamber who is currently working on his PhD. He describes feeling comfortable in meetings with older people organized by Elders Climate Action, unlike other intergenerational spaces which shift power away from younger people due to experience. Jen Chandler played a big role in creating space for sharing ideas and making people feel comfortable.
