Civility isn't weakness. It's the boldest tool we have to heal division. In a world hooked on outrage and polarized, empathy is activism, listening is resistance, and respect, a revolutionary act. Audiences will leave knowing how to stay in hard conversations without losing your humanity, how to disagree without dehumanizing, how to scale civility across communities with real examples at scale to show what's possible. Why me?
Because I've lived this work from refugee camps to boardrooms and my last TEDx talk didn't just keep them awake, it had them standing to say amen. This won't be a gentle nudge. It'll shake, stir, and inspire. Civility is my mission. And if we make it contagious, we won't just change the conversation, we'll change the world.
